1. Introduction

Jam Group 18 LLC ("Jam Group 18", "we", "us", or "our") operates a software platform and related services that help Amazon sellers understand and grow their businesses through analytics, reporting, and advertising optimization. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.

We are committed to handling all data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and with Amazon's policies for solution providers, including the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP) and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

2. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of our website, to Amazon sellers who authorize our application to access their Amazon account data ("Sellers"), and to anyone who contacts us. Where we process a Seller's data, we do so to provide services to that Seller and under our agreement with them.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact and account information — such as your name, business name, email address, and any details you share when you contact us or engage our services.
• Communications — messages, support requests, and correspondence you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected when you visit our website.

Information from Amazon

When a Seller authorizes our application, we access certain data from their Amazon account through Amazon's official APIs. This is described in Section 4.

4. Amazon Information

With the Seller's explicit authorization, and only through Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API, we may access and process Amazon information such as:

• Order, sales, and traffic performance data;
• Catalog, listing, and inventory data;
• Advertising campaign, keyword, and performance data;
• Store and brand analytics, such as search-term and promotion-performance reports; and
• Account and financial performance metrics related to the Seller's business.

We authenticate through Amazon's Login with Amazon (OAuth) authorization flow. We never receive or store a Seller's Amazon username or password. A Seller may revoke our access at any time through their Amazon account, after which we stop accessing new data.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We minimize the collection and use of PII. Where the service does not require personal buyer information, we do not retain it. Any PII that is processed is encrypted, access-restricted, and retained only for as long as permitted under Amazon's policies and applicable law, and is deleted thereafter unless a longer period is legally required.

5. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our analytics, reporting, and advertising-optimization services;
• To generate insights and reports for the authorizing Seller;
• To manage and optimize the Seller's Amazon advertising;
• To communicate with you, respond to requests, and provide support;
• To secure, monitor, and improve our platform; and
• To comply with legal obligations and Amazon's policies.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver services a Seller has engaged us for); consent (which you may withdraw); legitimate interests (such as securing and improving our platform); and compliance with legal obligations.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your information or Amazon Information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers (subprocessors) — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure and support our operations (for example, cloud hosting and data-processing providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide services to us.
• With the Seller — we provide reports and insights derived from a Seller's data back to that Seller.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

8. How we store and protect information

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest;
• Role-based, least-privilege access controls and authentication;
• Secure, reputable cloud infrastructure with network protections;
• Logging, monitoring, and regular review of access; and
• Documented security and incident-response procedures.

9. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Amazon Information, including any PII, is retained only for the period permitted by Amazon's policies and applicable law, and is securely deleted thereafter. A Seller may request deletion of their data at any time (see Section 10), and we delete data when a Seller ends the engagement, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 11. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website features.

12. Data incident response

We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents. In the event of a data breach affecting personal information or Amazon Information, we will act promptly to contain and remediate the incident and will notify affected parties and Amazon as required by applicable law and Amazon's policies.

13. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information there and in other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

14. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
