Our services are intended for businesses. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your engagement and for activity conducted under them.
4. Authorization to access Amazon data
Where we access a seller's Amazon account data, we do so only after the seller grants authorization through Amazon's official authorization flow, and only to provide the services to that seller. Sellers may revoke authorization at any time through their Amazon account. Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Protection practices, and by Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, reverse engineering, using the services to violate any law or any agreement you have with Amazon, or using the services to infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The website, platform, and all related content, software, and materials are owned by Jam Group 18 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them.
